Wednesdays this Summer, Atlas’s Chef Brit will be showcasing the local producers of the Trumasburg Farmer’s Market.  Each week she completes a dish comprised entirely of local ingredients purchased less than two hours before service
directly from the market.

Atlas is proud to support the Trumansburg Farmer’s Market, a small yet lively market boasting of fresh produce, meats, cheeses, breads, select crafts, scents and herbal products, as well as weekly live music.

Visit the market from May 11 to October 26, 2016, and then come to Atlas to experience the end results of our local bounty, vintage bowling and weekly trivia following the Farmer’s Market.
