Atlas Bowl Participates in Taste of the Nation


Atlas is proud to announce that Chef Brittany Loughlin (Chef Brit) will be representing Atlas Bowl as a vendor at the 26th annual Ithaca Taste of the Nation.  Atlas will be highlighting the signature chicken and biscuits entree as an example of our innovative interpretation of classic comfort dishes.

Chef Brit is excited and honored to represent Atlas at this benefit event to end childhood hunger.  Prior to her culinary education and career, Loughlin was pursuing a medical career in public health. Passionate about health, hospitality and social awareness, one of Chef Brit’s personal long-term goals is work with local food banks and other community service organizations that support the health of our community.  As the managing chef of a restaurant in it’s infancy, Loughlin looks forward incorporating a focus on supporting positive social causes within our community as part of the Atlas experience and culture.

Taste of the Nation® is  the premier culinary benefit dedicated to ending childhood hunger as part of the No Kid Hungry campaign.  Ithaca’s Taste of the Nation will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at the Ithaca College A&E Center.   Attendees of the event will be able to enjoy the areas finest local foods from over 40 local restaurants,  paired with  local Finger Lakes wineries, breweries, and coffee companies.  For more information about Ithaca Taste of the Nation, visit http://www.ithacatasteofthenation.org.
