Atlas is pleased to announce that it will be participating in the Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty’s 10th Anniversary Harvest Dinner and Fundraising Auction. The event will be held August 3, 2015 at Geneva on the Finger when farmers, chefs and beverage-makers gather to produce a festive multi-course dinner, complete with gourmet hors d’oeuvres, desserts, live music and a fundraising auction.
Chef Brittany Loughlin will be representing Atlas while preparing the meals fourth course, a Duck Sausage & Confit with Cranberry Beans & Wilted Greens, finished with Plum Mostarda. Paired with Standing Stone Saperavi (Hector, NY), her dish will feature ingredients from Finger Lakes Farms (Ithaca, NY), Daring Drake Farm (Ovid, NY), Muddy Fingers Farm (Burdette, NUY), and Three Stone Farm (Interlaken, NY).
