Atlas Announces New Winter Menu

Since the doors have opened, customers have been coming back to Atlas time and time again for trademark dishes like the “Totchos”, Fried Brussels, and Crispy Tofu.   For those seeking these classic comforts, Atlas is proud to announce that not much is going away, as “The Classics” menu will continue to be available.  For those in search of something new, Atlas is also proud to announce the debut of our new rotating “Contemporary” menu.

The enhanced Atlas menu features more great dishes created by long-standing Chef, Brittany Loughlin, and Lead Line Cook, Matt Broshears. The menu now also includes influences of the latest addition to our all-star kitchen team, Sous Chef Lindsay Freeman.  Customers visiting Atlas this weekend will be wowed by dishes like House-made Bratwurst, Herb Ricotta Ravioli, Mussels and Potstickers.

In additional to offering elevated comfort food, Atlas is continuing our efforts to support local growers and producers by including ingredients from other local business such as Lively Run Dairy, Wide Awake Bakery, and Remembrance Farms.
